This advanced training program is built for players who are ready to elevate every part of their game. Over three high-intensity days, athletes will receive elite, position-specific instruction that focuses on the complete foundation of baseball hitting, fielding, pitching, catching, base running, decision-making, and game IQ.

Players will compete in daily challenges, live-action drills, and structured skill development sessions designed to sharpen mechanics, increase consistency, and build confidence. Training also includes dedicated speed, agility, mobility, and endurance development to help athletes move more explosively and prepare their bodies for next-level competition. Every drill is intentionally designed to push players, energize them, and keep them locked in from start to finish.

CAMP STAFF
Our RBI Milwaukee Baseball Club Summer Camp staff is hand-selected to ensure top-tier instruction and mentorship. The coaching team is made up of current and former college athletes, current high school coaches, and experienced player development professionals who bring both knowledge and passion to the field. Each staff member is committed to creating a safe, challenging, and positive environment, and all have completed full background checks through the State of Wisconsin.

CAMP DIRECTORS
Jon Caban – Director of Youth Development for Milwaukee Baseball Club (MBC) Jon brings an extensive playing background as a former pitcher and catcher at St. Thomas More High School, and a two-way collegiate player at Carthage College, MATC–Madison, and the University of St. Louis.

Tomas Pinet Jr. – Former standout pitcher for Rufus King High School and collegiate pitcher at Harris–Stowe State University.

Both directors are former RBI Regional Champions who know exactly what it takes to succeed at the next level. Their combined experience, energy, and leadership ensure a training environment that pushes athletes, builds real skill, and inspires players to stay committed to the game they love.
